PROJECT SUMMARY

The Gallery is Kapost’s product that focuses on the distribution of marketing content.  We got feedback that users want to know how the content performs during distribution, and currently they have no way of knowing that in our platform.



I was brought in as the Designer for this project towards the end of the brainstorming stage when we had basic wireframes sketched out.  I worked with the Director of UX and our two Product Managers to finalize those wireframes with Balsamiq, and then through the creation of more detailed mock-ups, the styling and the product launch.

After the wireframes were finalized, I was in charge of creating the high-fidelity mock-ups to be tested with both our internal sales team and a handful of our customers.  I led three rounds of internal testing with various team members and roles, and had external calls and customer visits, consistently iterating from the feedback we received of what statistics users are looking for, how granular they should be and in which order to display them.

After multiple rounds of research and design, I had the data to help make the design decisions and created the final design:
